Pricing
We like to keep things simple. We charge 4% of collectable rents, That’s it. No hidden leasing fees, no chargebacks to you the owner, Nothingto pay for a vacant unit. We only collectour 4% if you have collectable rent. In cases of small maintenance jobs that we can handlein-house our maintenance rate is $39.99/hr which often is way under the industry average. But if one of our trusted vendors can do it cheaper we’ll hire them instead!
